One seating a night at 6:00 pm; doors 5:45 pm. Phone hours are separate: 2–5 pm, Tuesday to Saturday. The winter closure (Dec 24–29) is six consecutive days on purpose — Google Business Profile special hours cap at six.
The dining room seats once, at 6:00 pm. Doors at 5:45. The Ember Bar serves from 4 pm until close.
Phone hours
The phone is answered Tuesday to Saturday, 2 to 5 pm, at (720) 555-0118. That is the window between prep and service when someone can stand still long enough to talk. Outside it, leave a message or book on Resy; during service, everyone who could answer is cooking or carrying plates.
Corkage
Bring wine if you have something worth bringing: $35 per 750 ml, two bottles per table, nothing already on our list. Elliot will open it, decant it if it needs it, and probably ask you where you got it.
Dress code
There isn't one. People come from work and people come from the trail, sometimes at the same table. If you are comfortable sitting for three hours, you are dressed correctly.
How booking works
There are exactly two ways to book the six o'clock: Resy, or the telephone during phone hours. Marrow never sells reservations, never charges to hold a table, and never lists on any resale platform. If a table for this room is being sold anywhere, it is a scam, and we would like to hear about it.
Closures and exceptions
We close December 24 through 29 and again on New Year's Day, and we are closed Thanksgiving Day. Labor Day is the one Monday of the year the room runs: Monday, September 7, 4 pm to 10 pm. New Year's Eve has one seating at 7:00 pm. One plain-English note: Google Business Profile can only hold six consecutive days of special hours, which is why the closure is exactly six days there and why this page, not Google, is the authority on when we are open.
Getting here
Getting here
Light rail
The L Line stops at 27th & Welton, a half-mile walk — about ten minutes, flat the whole way. The A Line from the airport stops at 38th & Blake, about a mile out; walk it in twenty minutes or ride two from the station.
Bus
Several RTD routes stop within two blocks of the door. Check the RTD trip planner against 2711 Larimer Street rather than trusting a list printed here to stay true.
Bike
Larimer has a marked bike lane through RiNo, and the rack outside the dock door holds eight bikes. It sits under a light and is visible from the bar.
Parking
Metered street parking on Larimer and the numbered cross streets, free after 10 pm. Two paid lots sit within a block. We do not validate, and at 5:55 on a Friday the lots are the honest choice.
Rideshare
Have the car drop you on 27th Street at the side of the building, not on Larimer. The dock door is thirty feet from the corner, and Larimer traffic does not forgive a stopped car.
The building
What you are looking for
A 1923 brick warehouse on the east side of Larimer between 27th and 28th, with a steel dock door and a small gold tick painted at eye height — deliberately, there is no sign larger than that. If you can see the fire through the front windows, you are in the right place.
Kids
Children
Welcome, and honestly well served by a 6:00 pm seating. There is no children's menu, but the kitchen will cook a simple plate from what the fire is doing that night; ask when you book. High chairs are available — say so in the booking notes and one will be at the table before you arrive.
Dogs
Dogs
The seasonal patio off the Ember Bar seats eight and takes dogs. The dining room takes only service animals, which are welcome everywhere, every night. Water bowls exist and are not a novelty here.
Access
Access
The room is a single level with step-free entry, a wheelchair-accessible restroom, and open table ends for wheelchair seating. Light and noise figures, the full detail, and a named person to contact are on the accessibility page.
