Gift cards
Digital, any amount from $25 to $500, bought online and delivered by email within the hour — yours or straight to the person, on the date you pick. They work in the dining room, at the Ember Bar and toward The Coalhouse, and they never expire: Colorado law forbids it, and we would not want to anyway. The Ember Bar also sells physical cards at the counter whenever it is open.
